Get a Quote: Start by providing EasyGo Logistics with your vehicle’s details (make, model, year, condition) and pickup/drop-off ZIP codes. This information gives us an accurate baseline for a quote.
Compare Options: We offer instant online quotes and are happy to discuss options. Compare our rates, services and carrier schedules. Verify that the company is FMCSA-registered and insured (EasyGo is fully licensed and bonded). Don’t just pick the lowest price – look for reliability and service quality.
Choose Service: Select open or enclosed transport based on your vehicle and budget. Also choose door-to-door pickup/delivery or terminal-to-terminal based on your location. (Door-to-door is more convenient; we’ll use a terminal if the delivery address is very remote or restrictive.)
Prepare Your Car: Before pickup, clean your car inside and out, remove personal items, disable alarms, and ensure it has no more than a ¼ tank of gas. Take photos of any existing scratches or dents. This documentation protects you in the unlikely event of damage.
Pickup: On the scheduled day, a professional carrier will arrive. You’ll inspect the vehicle together and sign a Bill of Lading (the shipping contract) noting its condition. The driver will secure your car on the trailer for transit.
Delivery: When the carrier reaches the destination, you’ll inspect the vehicle again and sign off on the Bill of Lading. After final payment, you take delivery of your car. We’ll follow up to ensure you’re satisfied and to answer any questions.
