From your first quote to delivery at your door, you always know what’s happening and who to call.

Get Your Free Quote

Tell us your route and vehicle. We give you an honest, all-in price — no deposits, no bait-and-switch.

We Book a Vetted Carrier

We match you with a licensed, insured carrier. We verify their authority, insurance, and track record before dispatch.

Door-to-Door Delivery

From driveway pickup to final delivery, we stay in contact. You know who has your vehicle, where it is, and when it arrives.

Post-Delivery Follow-Up

We follow up after delivery. If anything needs attention, we’re still on the call — not gone after the driver leaves.

Why EasyGo

Why Choose EasyGo Logistics

Most brokers hand off your vehicle and disappear. You get a driver’s number and good luck. That’s not how we work.

We’ve coordinated shipments from quiet residential driveways to complicated repo yard pickups — the kind that need a forklift assist, specific gate access, and exact appointment windows. We’ve handled private sales where the buyer and seller are in different states and neither one wants to be there for pickup.

Our shipping experts stay involved from the moment you book to the moment your vehicle arrives. We follow up. We coordinate. We answer when you call.

That experience — knowing what can go wrong and how to fix it before it does — is what you’re getting when you book with EasyGo.

Hands-On Coordination

We don’t just dispatch — we manage every pickup, carrier check-in, and delivery window personally.

Real People Answer

No phone trees. No overseas call center. A licensed transport advisor picks up during business hours.

Complex Pickups Welcome

Repo yards, auction lots, military bases, non-running vehicles — we’ve done it all and have the process down.

4.5/5 Customer Satisfaction

Thousands of vehicles shipped. Our rating reflects consistent follow-through, not just fast quotes.

Shipping options

Open vs Enclosed Auto Transport

We’ll help you pick the right option that makes the most sense in terms of safety and budget. Both options are equally insured and have individual benefits.

Standard

Open Transport

  • Best for: Everyday vehicles, standard moves
  • Cost: More affordable — the most popular option
  • Insurance: Full carrier cargo insurance included
  • Availability: More carriers, faster pickup times

“This is how most new cars reach dealerships. It’s the industry standard for a reason.”

Premium

Enclosed Transport

  • Best for: Luxury, classic, exotic, or high-value vehicles
  • Cost: Premium pricing — worth it for the right vehicle
  • Insurance: Same cargo insurance + full weather protection
  • Protection: Shielded from road debris, rain, sun, and dust

“If you’d never park it on the street, don’t ship it in the open.”

Not sure which is right for you? Call us — we’ll tell you honestly which makes sense for your vehicle, your route, and your budget. No pressure either way.

What Affects the Cost of Shipping a Car?

Most people think car shipping cost is simple — longer distance equals higher price. Sometimes that’s true. But the real pricing factors are more interesting than that.

FACTOR 01

Distance

The baseline. Longer routes cost more overall but often less per mile. Short hauls under 200 miles are sometimes the most expensive per mile because carriers can’t fill a full load economically.

FACTOR 02

Vehicle Type

Size and weight matter. A standard sedan costs less than a lifted pickup or a non-running vehicle that needs winch equipment. Inoperable vehicles always cost more because of the specialized loading required.

FACTOR 03

Urgency

Standard dispatch gives carriers time to plan their route efficiently — you get a better price. Expedited dispatch means priority placement, which costs more. If your timeline is flexible, you save money.

FACTOR 04

Seasonality

Snowbird season (October–March) drives Florida and Arizona route prices up as carriers fill fast. Summer increases volume nationwide. Spring and fall are typically the best value windows for booking.

FACTOR 05 — THE ONE MOST PEOPLE MISS

Carrier Availability on Your Route

This one surprises people. A 2,000-mile cross-country route is sometimes cheaper than a 500-mile regional move. Why? Carrier availability. Major corridors — like California to Texas or Florida to New York — have dozens of carriers running them daily. High supply keeps prices competitive. A smaller market route with fewer carriers means less competition, and prices rise. The accessibility of your pickup and delivery city matters too. A carrier will drop their price to stop in Chicago. They’ll charge more to detour to a rural address.

FACTOR 06

Fuel & Market Conditions

The transportation industry moves with fuel prices and current events. A spike in diesel costs ripples through carrier rates within days. A weather event that closes a corridor shifts pricing on every nearby route. A quote from yesterday may not match today’s market.

The most accurate quote comes from an experienced broker who knows current market conditions on your specific route. We don’t give you a range and hope for the best — we give you a firm number based on what carriers are actually charging today.

Got three quotes that kept changing. EasyGo gave me one price and stuck to it. Truck showed up two days later and arrived without a scratch.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Auto Transport

Quick answers to the questions we hear most — written so you get the full picture, not just a headline.

How much does it cost to ship a car?
Car shipping typically costs between $500 and $2,000. The price depends on distance, vehicle type, transport method (open or enclosed), urgency, and carrier availability on your specific route. Short regional moves sometimes cost more per mile than long cross-country routes because of how carriers plan loads. The most accurate way to know is to request a quote for your exact route — we give firm numbers, not ranges.
How long does car shipping take?
Most shipments take 1 to 7 days depending on distance. Coast-to-coast moves (like California to Florida) average 5 to 7 days. Regional moves under 500 miles typically deliver in 1 to 3 days. Expedited service can shorten transit time significantly. We give you an estimated delivery window when your carrier is assigned, and we keep you updated throughout.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. Every carrier in our network carries active cargo insurance, which we verify before booking your shipment. You receive the carrier’s insurance certificate before your vehicle is loaded. Both open and enclosed transport carry the same insurance requirements — enclosed simply adds physical weather and debris protection on top of it.
Can I ship a non-running vehicle?
Yes. We assign carriers equipped with winches and liftgates for inoperable vehicles. Just note the vehicle’s condition when requesting your quote so we match you with the right equipment. Non-running vehicles do cost more to ship due to the specialized loading process, but we handle them regularly — including repo yard pickups and salvage vehicles.
What is enclosed auto transport?
Enclosed transport ships your vehicle inside a covered trailer, protecting it from weather, road debris, dust, and visibility. It’s recommended for luxury, classic, exotic, and high-value vehicles. The carrier insurance coverage is the same as open transport — enclosed adds physical protection during transit. If you’d never park it on the street overnight, enclosed is worth considering.
Do I pay a deposit upfront?
No. EasyGo Logistics requires no deposit at the quote stage. Payment is collected only after a carrier is confirmed and assigned to your shipment. You know who’s moving your vehicle and when before any money changes hands. No bait-and-switch, no surprise charges.
What is EasyGo Logistics’ FMCSA number?
EasyGo Logistics LLC operates under USDOT 4259387 and MC-1652326, licensed and bonded as a federal auto transport broker through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. You can verify our authority at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov.
Can EasyGo Logistics ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes. We coordinate the full process end to end — mainland transport to the port, ocean crossing, and delivery on the other side. All required port documentation, container booking, and logistics are handled by our team. You get one point of contact for the entire move, not separate vendors for each leg.
